If there was an option to give Middlehope Vet staff 10 stars I would. Every single person in this hospital is so incredibly kind and thoughtful it's hard not to think of them as angels- Especially Doctor Solomons. I called first as it was an emergency and was given an appointment and arrived in the building in less than 15 minutes (the time it took to get there). I came in with my dog Laika who is terrified of vets and was trying her hardest not to go in but he, Dr. Solomons, jumped in immediately, and got her to run directly into a room. He was also so patient and empathetic with me as I was distraught and worried about her that he went out of his way to calm and reassure me first. Laika isn't the most friendly but still he and the team treated her with so much care and dignity that I can say with certainty, she felt safe/comfortable enough to be on the best behavior I've ever seen her be with any vet! He quickly gave us his thoughts and the team got straight to work to help Laika. In less than 30 minutes, Laika got X-rays taken, blood drawn, and an in-depth treatment plan. He explained in detail what was going on with her and the steps moving forward, making sure that we were on the same page with complete understanding. Payment was flexible and fair with everything being written out and explained. Overall, I just feel so grateful for everyone here in helping my baby. It's only been two days and she's already feeling so much better. I truly appreciate everyone's dedication, communication, and love for animals. Laika and I couldn't be happier.

I'm so relieved and happy to have found Middlehope Vet Hospital. The folks are so caring and so knowledgeable and the facility is very well run. I know that my little Cardamom is in great hands which is most important of all.
