I called regarding an adult outside cat who has injured his leg. Not sure if he broke it or not. I am an elderly woman who cannot get the cat to a doctor on my own. The office told me it would not be beneficial to the doctor to come out to treat the cat. I offered to pay for the doctors time (even if he could not do anything for the cat) the office still insisted it was not beneficial. The office suggested for me to call a hospital to see how to transport a cat. I asked for a local vet hospital that could help me (being from around here) they told me to google it. I got off the phone in tears. Maybe it is better I never met this vet seeing by the way his staff acts toward new patients in need.

My dog is a a kennel and I called for an appointment but they were on vacation, he told me what to do to help my dog in the mean time until I return. I am very grateful for help and will be using his services again.

Dr Joe is absolutely the best! His knowledge and experience is incredible as well as his diagnostic ability. His mobile service is top notch! Pricing is very fair. Above all he has compassion and patience.
