I'm a fairly new client with Pathways. They were recommended by a friend when my veterinarian suddenly closed up shop. So far my experience has been wonderful. My one pup, Hijack has visited them for routine exams and just recently I had to bring him in because he was limping on his back leg; decided after speaking with the veterinarian that x rays were the best option given Jack's sporting activities (Agility, Disc, & Barnhunt). Results of the x rays were given within minutes (this may not be normal, so don't yell at them if your dog's x ray results take longer than a few minutes). All in all I will recommend this office in the future. FOH Staff is always wonderful and welcoming ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Vet Techs staff 💪💪⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Veterinarian staff ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had such a very pleasant conversation with Abby, who was very informative about the save of life chip, and how to re-register. She is very patient, understanding, and extremely polite- such a joy to chat with her. Thank you, Abby, I appreciate your kindness. What a world of difference in Customer Service at the Williamsville office! Lancaster office could learn a few things from Abby.

In all honesty, I could write a book on how wonderful Alliance Veterinary Hospital is. Everyone — from the receptionist to the technicians and veterinarians — has been fantastic! They truly care about the well-being of our animals and made us feel good about the money we spent. At Alliance, you’re not just another number, and they’re not a money-hungry clinic. We’ve had both basic and emergency visits, and they’ve gone above and beyond every time. Even with a two-hour drive for us, I’m so glad we found them!
