HORRIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE front desk and vet Dr. Young-Rosann Sanzotta at the front desk is extremely rude and unprofessional calling me "uppity" for asking about notes on my dog's bloodwork. Not worth going there to spend hundreds of dollars and be treated terribly and hung up on by both the receptionist and the vet. Rosann Sanzotta is not suited to be dealing with pet parents who have sick pets. I even adopted a puppy from Bideawee after losing my pets recently in a house fire. Wait times are long and the vet doesn't even call back for days with results. I will be filing complaint with the New York State Board for Veterinary Medicine for professional misconduct, which includes verbal abuse and abandoning a patient in need of care by Dr. Melissa Young. Claiming I was the aggressor for simply citing the laboratory's own notes. Using terms like "uppity" is derogatory and has no place in a professional environment. Hanging up on a client who is trying to schedule a follow-up for a potentially serious condition could be seen as client abandonment. To have a veterinarian witness a breakdown in communication and then double down on the hostility—rather than de-escalating or focusing on the patient—is beyond unprofessional, it’s a complete failure of clinical leadership.

The staff at Bideawee Animal Hospital are top notch. Everyone is very kind and caring, they have been ensuring my dog's good health for almost 10 years. I live in Ronkonkoma, it is quite a distance but I still feel they are totally worth the trip.

We love Bideawee! The staff really cares, Dr. Young is the best, she is very thorough, I never feel rushed. Highly recommend.
