The staff is wonderful. Whether your pet is in for an annual visit or something more serious, the folks at the village vet are caring, empathetic and make you feel like your pet is their top priority. As far as cost goes, they are fair and honest.

My little 12 pound yorkie-poo became so sick Saturday morning. She lost control of her hind legs and had several seizures. I called my doctor and he put my little dog to rest. He does not offer a professional cremation, where I could get her ashes back. I used Westfield Veterinary to cremate my Poodle years ago, when they were under the same ownership. They were very rude, but they did cremate her. So my daughter called today to see if they could cremate her for me. They were rude and said they would not cremate her because she was not a patient there. She wasn’t a patient there because they are too expensive and very rude. I don’t know how they stay in business because all I hear about them is complaints. I was very happy that Dunkirk Animal Hospital was very nice and had no problem taking care of my little dog’s cremation. I’m appalled at my home town veterinary, I was happy to go out of town to a much more pleasant veterinarian service.

Dr. Wilkins is very kind , thorough and truly cares about animals . The entire staff was friendly, helpful, caring and everyone that works there is passionate about animals! I recommend this clinic to anyone who wants a compassionate vet visit!
