I came here about a year ago for my Cat's yearly appointment only hoping the best for my cats care. The Doctor there is extremely rude, but I didn't think too much of it because I thought it was a rough day. I took my cat back a year later and I had the worst experience ever. We were told both of my cats ears were plugged and that he had dental disease and that if I wasn't to get him treated right away then we were leaving him to suffer. She continued to guilt trip us but the bill would have been 1000+ and we simply didn't have that money. We folded and decided to treat his ears first since she said his eardrums would rupture and made the appointment. This was when things took an extreme turn we took him in and the service was almost 500 dollars! Right after we noticed my cat wouldn't lift his tail and was crying in pain. We waited expecting it was because the anesthesia and in the morning his rear was swollen so bad it looked like he magically had testicles again! We were extremely worried once we noticed blood in his stool and called the vet to explain the situation. One of the nurses offered to have us bring him back in to check him and we brought him right away. When we got there the nurse went to tell Dr.Peggy and she responded with the most disrespectful face she could. She then kept saying she doesn't know what was going on and that they forgot to tell us that after his ear cleaning he also had blood in his stool! You would think this would prompt them to check on him, but no! She then took him into a side room and explained "she cleaned his anal glads" she also gave us a medication for infection and charged us almost 100 dollars more after the nurse said it would be cheaper! We asked why she would charge us for a problem that was caused after his appointment by them. The nurse followed after her when the doctor muttered to her to which the nurse came back amd apologized saying that the price would be 90. After this appointment we took him to another vet and they said to not give him the medication that she prescribed because it is known to cause mlre problems then solve them. I am revolted by the way she has treated me and my cat, not only that but her own staff. I wouldn't every bring my cat here again nor suggest it to anyone else. Dr.Peggy just wants to milk you of all your money! Absolutely disgusting! Good riddance! Karma will get you back!

'Dr' Peggy is a monster Second review since my first was deleted. I took my cat in for a neuter and he started going downhill rapidly after that. I took him back in and Dr Peggy shoved a pill down his throat and suffocated him to DEATH. My cat died because of her negligence. I have now FIVE YEARS LATER received an invoice telling me I will be sent to collections on some made up charges I have never seen. I paid for my cats final appointment and never returned, so how is this possible? The office is closing so they're seeing out any cash they can. Shame on everyone who works here.

Took my cat here to check up on his urinary blockage that was dealt with at an ER vet. I had to stand there and listen to my boy yowl and scream in pain unsure if that was even my cat because why would he be screaming that much??? Well it was my cat and he was absolutely traumatized. I’m honestly extremely shaken by the event too after realizing it WAS him screaming. I feel like I failed him… My cat did not have ANY behavioral issues with the vets until taking him here. Obviously I’ve left this vet for another but my cat now has to be sedated for any vet appointments. If you care about your cat take them somewhere else.

We love Dr. Peggy and her feline-loving crew!!! There is a definite difference with a cat-only vet center...and All Cats Care Center proves how critically important (and wonderful) it is. Thanks again.
