My bad. I left this place a really bad review that was meant for the pets I love animal hospital in Monroe. Orchard grove is great. I just wish they were open on weekends and that their lunch breaks weren’t two hours

I visited this clinic recently because my dog had redness around her mouth and had been dragging her butt. I suspected a yeast issue because the only recent diet change was daily sweet potatoes. I went in hoping for clarity and expert guidance beyond what I had already read on my own. The doctor examined her but wasn’t sure what the cause was and prescribed antibiotics and steroids. When I asked questions about whether steroids were safe if this was yeast-related, I felt the response was dismissive. I was told that I was there for her expertise and shouldn’t question what I found online, and also informed that if I didn’t take the medication within a week, I would need to pay another exam fee just to pick it up. I left the appointment feeling unheard, with no real answers or relief for my dog—despite paying for the visit. I went in hoping to understand my dog’s condition better, but I left with the same information I already had before coming in.

The best veterinary clinic I’ve ever been to—truly! Orchard Grove Animal Hospital is literally the best clinic I’ve ever brought my pets to. Every single person there—from the doctors to the vet techs to the receptionists—is so down-to-earth, friendly, and incredibly easy to talk to. You can tell they genuinely care, not only about the animals but also about the people who love them. Appointments never feel rushed, all my questions get answered, and my pets are always treated with so much kindness and patience. The whole environment is warm, welcoming, and reassuring. I honestly wouldn’t trust my animals with anyone else. Highly, highly recommend Orchard Grove to anyone looking for an amazing vet!
