They take care of you like family. No vet visit is cheap now a days, but at least you know they are thorough and care. Easily reachable and follow up reliably.

I stopped going here for several reason.. first red flag was in my first visit the doctor asked me everything I was feeding my dog.. when I mentioned mushroom powder she said she was going to research/look it up and get back to me.. never followed through (shouldn’t have said you’d reach out then). Then several occasions the front desk staff just seemed miserable, no smiles, irritable, inpatient.. like they didn’t want to be there (which is ironic considering the crystals and music and the “vibe” they’re going for). 2nd red flag was they were trying to get me to give my dog heart worm medication preventative, and when I asked if there were any side effects the women at the front desk said no (there are tons of side effects).. last time I went in was for an ear cleaning.. instantly noticeable hearing loss, and a few months later he is almost completely deaf.. I have no doubt it was because of the ear cleaning. They also sell joint health pills for 60$ a container, the active ingredients you can get in their own for less than 25$. Don’t let the “aura” fool you, this place is trash

Best Vet Office!!! I would give 6 stars if possible. My dog was seen there from birth & I just had my first visit with them after purchasing her. From the receptionist to the Vet they remembered her and were so kind. Ally could have been a vet-she is so knowledgeable. Dr. Wright patiently answered all my questions, didn’t rush us and gave great recommendations. Ally, she is laying down now-thanks so much, you put the icing on the cake with training her that in the brief time we were there. These people are knowledgeable and committed! They really care and are so willing to help

I have 5 Brittany Gun Dogs...sometimes care is nuts with everything going on especially during the hunting season. The folks at EA always make time for my dogs when they are in need. Also, Dr. Alex and her husband Robert are always supportive of Clays for K9 Cancer Benefit shoot, where other Vets could care less......... they understand how hard we work to end Cancer in the dogs we love and the humans who love them, and for that, I could never thank them enough. EA is not a veterinary factory with 35 people in the waiting room..........it's one pet, one at a time, with care for each individual pet. And, I see Dr. Alex every time.........not Vet du jour as so many places are these days. Because of my connection with Cornell, I know quality care when my dogs receive it. EA is the real deal...........the all care, and that is what is most important. On my recent visit, my dog Cori, had a rash around his neck. We tried a couple of different antibiotics, ect, and nothing worked. We did a culture, tried again, and nothing. At that point, Dr. Alex said, get him to a Dermatologist, which I had been thinking. Trust me, many vets would have kept trying "hoping" something works as the bills pile up. I applaud Dr. Alex for that recommendation, knowing what was best for the dog, was more important than throwing things at a wall, and seeing what stuck. Kudos to Dr. Alex.
