Riley, our 5 year old Aussie had his teeth cleaned for the first time at 7 AM today, and out by 9 AM. The cleaning was supposed to be $350 and after Dr. Rice assessed his teeth he said they were surprisingly clean for the most part and only charged us $150. That’s unheard of! He’s not our regular vet (only because of the distance), we do go to Jamestown veterinary clinic. Since Dr Hoyt left, we’re stuck with the rude veterinarian, Scott. Outside of giving vaccines when they’re needed, we will be going to Dr. Rice.

Dr. Rice is a amazing vet! Gets you in and out. Very reasonably priced. Very honest! And the lovely ladies at the desk are very friendly and warm. Would highly recommend!!

Dr. Rice wasn't our vet. He was the only one who could get our dog seen that day. He was absolutely amazing with our Bella baby when we had to say goodbye. He was very kind and compassionate. He was also very thorough in explanations and has a great bedside manner. My kids and I highly recommend Chautauqua Veterinary Services.

Had to take our dog in for an infected toe. We were very impressed. Not a long wait for being a walkin new patient. Staff was extremely friendly. Dr. Rice was very friendly and explained thoroughly. Nice facility. Definitely would take pets there again.
