Cynthia and Joe made a very difficult process so much easier for us. They are both kind, caring and so compassionate. I decided to use Our House Call Vet after my first conversation with Cynthia as she was so understanding and supportive during our call. I wasn’t just a transaction. They are a wonderful team!

In what felt like a horrible, dark day, they really were a light. We got to sit down and share stories about our beloved Biscuit, while they walked us through the entire process before they did anything. We felt seen, heard and loved. We had an emergency and had to have our dog put down earlier then expected, and they did everything they could to come as soon as possible. It's evident that not only take great care and pride in their job, but in the lives of pets and people. Truly, truly, thank you. I can't even begin to express my deep gratitude. The entire process was peaceful, quick and painless. I will absolutely sing their praises and the way they acted during this time. Thank you.
