I was told I had to drive an hour and a half to get an exam for a five dollar prednisone prescription and because I wouldn’t do blood work on my 13-year-old dog for $200- They turned me away and wouldn’t give me the prescription even though the notes from his exam state, he looks perfectly fine. Complete money grab, waste of time, subpar customer service. Not only will I never return, but also I intend to spread the message to stay away from this place, they do not have your animals best interest at heart.

Best place for holistic approach. My dog could not walk due to arthritis in her legs and hips. Dr. Donato has treated her for the past 7 yrs with diet modifications, tons of supplements, Chinese herbal medicine and chiropractic adjustments. She walks again!! Thank you Smith Ridge 💕

The best veterinary care anywhere. I drive 50 minutes each way to bring my pup to Smith Ridge, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Dr. Jenna is warm, patient, incredibly knowledgeable, and I trust her completely, especially with my GSD, who requires regular medication for Addison’s and osteoarthritis. We were able to catch everything early thanks to her expertise and attention to detail. I’m so grateful for the level of care and compassion she (and the staff) provides. Truly, the best!
