Dr cripps got my 12 year old girl in as a new patient same day when she suddenly couldn’t walk. She then got her in again same day when I was worried she was going down hill and supported me choosing to try to give her a bit more time that she still had drive in her eyes. I now have my girl home with me a week later and healing, slowly but she is healing and I couldn’t be more thankful. Every single staff member here is amazing and kind and empathetic. I will be bringing my babies back here in the future for sure!

We love everybody here at this office! I live here on and off and have been to multiple vets for my cats and Sarah’s office is by far my favorite. Her team is knowledgeable and i feel everyone there is a true animal lover. I have been to vets in the past where the people answering the phone did not know anything and always had to ask the doctor, even if it was a simple question like “how long does the test results take to get back” or they have taken my cat away to a different room for shots without me there (that office does it with dogs as well) and another office has even have denied me service because my cat growled at them. Never had any of these problems at Sarah’s office. Not sure of the guys name but one of the handlers there always wears gloves to protect himself and the cats when he has them for Sarah to examine and makes sure everyone is safe, he is great! We have been dealing with a parasite issue since getting my new kitten and Sarah and her team have been awesome with trying to resolve this with us. I feel everyone here genuinely cares about the animals. Appointments have also always been quick and i am comfortable asking any questions that i have. Definitely recommend this office!!
