I have found that CVVS genuinely care about my fur babies and not just about how much money they can gain from treatment. I can't say that about another local veterinary "hospital."

I was upfront about my budget. They worked as much within my budget or let me decide if it went over before any procedures were done. In the end they were able to treat my pet and they are on the mend.

I can’t say enough good things about this veterinary office. During one of the hardest times in my life—when my dog Toby was very ill—the entire team supported me with such professionalism, patience, and genuine compassion. Dr. Jennifer Fitscher took the time to thoroughly explain every option, answer all of my questions, and make sure I felt informed and comfortable with the treatment plan. I spoke with her on the phone and in office several times and I never felt rushed. It was clear how deeply she cared about my pet’s well-being. The vet techs and assistants were incredible—gentle, attentive, and so kind both to my dog and to me. They checked in frequently, handled my pet with such tenderness, and made a stressful situation feel a little less overwhelming. The office staff were equally wonderful—warm, organized, and accommodating with scheduling and follow-ups. Every interaction, whether in person or over the phone, was met with empathy and understanding. When the time came to say goodbye to my sweet Toby, the compassion shown by the entire team meant more to me than I can express. Dr. Sydney Adolfo created a peaceful, respectful environment and gave me and my daughter, the time and space we needed. Their kindness during that heartbreaking moment will always stay with me. I was so moved to receive a sympathy card a few days later in the mail from the office too. I am so grateful for the care, dedication, and humanity shown by the vets, vet techs, vet assistants and office staff. They truly go above and beyond—not just in medical expertise, but in heart. I wholeheartedly recommend this office to anyone looking for exceptional and compassionate veterinary care.

Very good service and friendly staff. Very gentle hands. Our Cowboy Kitty 😺, 2nd visit Quick shot.. I didn't know that, she was so quick giving injection. Laugh ❤️ Love that they have, senior discount. Very Clean. And for your pets, a weight scale in the lobby.
