I have a 9 year old cat that was experiencing diarrhea regardless of the quality food brands we put her on. I called and the lady answering the phone recommended trying Purina Pro Plan Forti-Flora. It worked like a charm and we're grateful. They could have easily just said "you have to make an appointment" in order to help. But, they didn't. Thank you for your help.

Do not bring your animals here. About a year ago they diagnosed my cat with diabetes, I was giving her bexacat daily (the pill) I went for a check up to get her blood work done and they had told me she went into remission so I did not have to give her the pills anymore. A little while went on, she had lost over 10 pounds and one morning she didn't meow for her food like she normally does. I thought it was odd, I tried to feed her and even tried to give her some whipped cream (her favorite). She would not eat. I called to see if I could bring her in (my dog had an appointment that day) and they said I could wait until friday to bring her. The day went on and she got worse. I called back and told them she needed to be seen. I brought her in and a blonde vet with bangs saw me (not sure her name). She essentially told me this was all my fault, I should have still been giving her the bexacat and if I had waited any longer she would be dead. Mind you there are 3 vets there, the others have been very nice but she said she saw nothing about stopping the bexacat. Their documentation is all on paper, so the last time I went they hadn't written anything about her blood work or telling me to discontinue the bexacat. Anyways, she said word for word "it doesnt seem like you will be able to be consistent with giving your cat insulin every day so your other option is to put her down". I STOPPED GIVING HER THE MEDICATION BECAUSE YOU GUYS TOLD ME TO. I told her I wanted her treated and she questioned me. I love my animals I would do anything for them! Moral of the story, no bedside manner, do not bring your animals here. The other vets were nice but you can not pick who you see and if you have the vet who is blonde with bangs you are out of luck.
