I cannot recommend Day Hollow enough. I had to bring my GSD in for symptoms last fall, after a lot of testing and support from Dr Hartman, he was diagnosed with Cushings. She listened to my concerns/fears and the googling I did lol there was never judgement and she heard me and actually listened at every appointment. Something I didn’t receive at previous vet clinics. The amount of support and love that Apollo and I received was unbelievable. He wasn’t an easy dog, very scared of the vet but they all treated him like he was their own. Unfortunately I had to make the decision to put him down but DHAH made it a lot easier with their support and care of my boy that day. If it wasn’t for Dr Hartmann and the staff, I’m not sure I would have had those extra months with Apollo. I can’t thank them enough for treating him and I like family and never a burden with all of his tests, grouchy attitude, and constant changes in medication. I just got another GSD, Luna, and I called right away to book her an appointment. There is no where else I will trust with my animals but DHAH. Thank you Dr Hartmann and staff!

Can't thank you enough for your kindness and professionalism on what was a very hard day for us. We weren't previous patients but needed an appointment asap and your office got us in with two hours' notice. You also saved us (and more importantly our cat) a long and stressful trip to Cornell. Dr. Bocek - you and your whole team were professional, efficient, and most importantly, kind and compassionate during our euthanasia appointment. Your reputation precedes you and now I understand why. Thank you so much for your help and kindness today.
