I just switched to Lake Ontario Veterinary Clinic from another local clinic. The service is incomparable with Lake Ontario. I wish I had made this switch way sooner. Dr. Danielle was so attentive and really helpful in explaining everything thoroughly, even going over the allotted time for our appointment to make sure my girl was getting the best treatment. I left feeling certain that she is now. Highly recommended!

Place is a joke! Called to get my cat seen for possible Kidney failure and she told me to call Auburn emergency which is closed. No compassion.

Took my cat to see Dr. Ruback here for the first time today, and I was really pleased and impressed with the visit. The doctor was not only wonderful with my very scared and shy cat, but she also sat down and spoke to me about her health and care for about 15 minutes. She didn’t make the visit rushed at all, and she made sure she explained every detail of her plan for my cat’s care. It was the best experience I’ve ever had with any vet. And the ladies at the front desk were very kind, and even when I arrived early for my appointment, they immediately put us back in a room after hearing how stressed my cat was, rather than being in the waiting room with the potential of seeing other pets. They also took the time to explain different payment options for future surgery, and were all around really lovely to interact with. The vet tech was also really helpful and patient, and took the time to get a really thorough background of my cat’s health and answer questions. Just all around a wonderful practice and experience
