When another local vet would not take us in on an emergency visit, Oneonta Veteranian Hospital did. Being our first visit, we were cautious, but we were extremely pleased with the service we received from Dr. Harby. She was thorough, knowledgeable, explained things clearly, and was very pleasant. Their costs were also very reasonable, not pressuring us to do any procedures or treatments that weren't immediately neccessary. The other office staff were also extremely nice. They will surely be out new vet!

Princess was very sick and I was very worried. You got her right in and took care of both of us. She was diagnosed quickly and her treatment plan was very easy to implement; instructions were very clear. Thank you!!!
