Wonderful place! Brought my large dog in to have porcupine quills removed. Staff was very friendly, accommodating, and proficient in completing the task.

This is one of the best vet clinics i have ever been to. of course there was a wait time due to emergencies that clearly had to come first. they treated me and my dog like family. i don’t know the name of the vet tech that i had but my dog ruby felt absolutely comfortable with her and she treated us with the upmost respect.. thank you for saving my dog. and they also saved my 17 year old cat that they didn’t even think would make it through the night. i have so much respect for dr harper and alllll the staff there. i hugged the vet tech that found alice’s blood clot in her leg and saved her life!!!! if i would have brought her to java she would be dead right now that’s all i have to say!! Silver birch you are better than albany for sure they treated me and ruby like we didn’t mean shit i’m crying my eyes out about her having DM and not even a im sorry or a tissue offered. but yet silver birch saved her bc she wasn’t even supposed to be taking the steroids and pain meds together that albany said was “just fine” funny how a local urgent care can be better than a four hour drive to albany.
