The team really listened to me when I felt disregarded in the past by other veterinarian offices. I’m so happy to have gone to River Road animal hospital and I know my cat Zoe is on the Road to recovery thanks to them. ❤️🌹🐾

Absolutely love this office- front staff, techs and vets! They are so kind, friendly and really care about and love our furry kids! And, of course, they provide excellent care :)

I got my yellow labrador retriever groomed for $75 plus tax and tip. She came back with her neck, still dirty, her ears still dirty her nails were beautifully clipped, but she was still losing so much hair. I brushed her significantly before I brought her for a grooming, and there was so much hair that I decided to get her groomed when I brought her home from being groomed and rubbed her. She was still losing so very much Hare. It seems ridiculous that no one could drag a brush or comb through my dog’s coat before returning her for me so it seems that $75 was for a shampoo and blowout, and the shampoo wasn’t even great. I wish I had waited until I got home to be able to leave a tip because I would not have left any tip. I just brushed an entire plastic shopping bag of hair out of her. This picture is what came off of her when I got her inside the house and petted her.

Caring and compassionate care for four legged friends and their two legged companions! Great team that listens and truly wants to help. Exceptional. Highly recommend.
