Very loving, caring staff. They take extra time and care with your pet. I have used them for years and they have taken great care of my dogs. We had to have two of our dogs put down, several months apart, Dr. Kraus and staff handled it with great care They also gave my husband and I the loving support we needed. Both dogs had lived a long happy life because of the good care they had received from Newport Animal hospital.

After our previous vet unexpectedly closed their doors with very little warning, we were left scrambling — especially with a dog who has epilepsy and absolutely cannot miss medication. Finding this clinic has truly been a lifesaver. They have been incredibly quick and efficient in getting prescriptions sorted out when we’ve needed them. There was even a time I forgot to refill a prescription and needed it urgently, and they were so accommodating and understanding — no judgment, just help. That kind of compassion means everything when you’re already stressed. On top of that, they are unbelievably patient and kind with my dog, who hasn’t always had the best experiences at vet offices in the past. They take their time, move gently, and make sure he feels as safe as possible. You can tell they genuinely care — not just about pets in general, but about him. I’m so grateful to have found a veterinary practice we can trust. 10 stars- Highly, highly recommend. 💛🐾

I take my furbaby here and I couldnt be more pleased. They take such good care of her & never do they make you feel rushed. They care for their patients by listening to us and my furbaby likes them, which means alot to me..
