We’ve been to several vets across the city and had a great experience at VCA Park East Animal Hospital. Dr. Cardin, the receptionist, and vet techs were so kind and welcoming. They took time to do the annual exam on our two cats and addressed the issues in our older cat. They were easy to make appointments with, prompt in notifying us of results, and really took the time to walk us through treatments. Thanks for taking such good care of our cats!

The doctors here are great and the clinic is conveniently located, but the receptionist Audra is just so rude and unpersonable.. because of her behavior we will not be returning

Not what it once was on park ave in the 80s and 90s.

This practice turned into a rotation of clueless residents, misdiagnosed my boy’s lymphoma as just aging- several times. we begged for them to check and re-check, yet they dismissed us. We knew something was wrong! 6 months later he was gone. He suffered in great pain. The AMC diagnosed him a week before he left us, they were baffled how it could be missed, let alone misdiagnosed, the tumor was very large. AMC is the only place I’ll go from now on, and/or find yourselves an established mix of holistic and western vets. Park east has become a joke, avoid them if you love your pets.
