Dr. Barotz has been so wonderful with my (nearly) 13 year old pup Buddy. I only wish I had found her sooner , he is in remission for lymphoma and has a lot of senior dog issues and Dr Barotz goes way above and beyond to help Buddy on top of the Acupuncture which seems to be really helping his pain and trembles. she figured out a supplement regimen to help him be as strong as possible to fight the lymphoma back.... He's been doing so well and LOVES whenever she comes he's excited to come to the door and greet her. She's so sweet and gentle with him and thru acupuncture is able to assess where he's having trouble and treat it. I had been so anxious about his health and monitoring ( lymphoma pretty much always comes back) but having Dr. Barotz see him every other week now brings me so much comfort because he has a vet who cares and is thorough giving him a once over regularly and goes the extra mile. She also explains things very clearly to help me understand my options for my dogs health. Id recommend her to anyone who is thinking about acupuncture or TCVM and just wants the BEST for their pet - Because she is. AND my insurance covers her services!

We've been welcoming Dr Barotz into our home for the 3 years now and she's been a wonderful support for our 14-year old pooch Lola, who deals with painful GI issues &arthritis. Dr Barotz got both under control through a blend of Western and Eastern methods: including Chinese herbs, western meds & acupuncture. All of this has noticeably reduced Lola's discomfort, helped her mobility and improved her quality of life. Lola gets so excited when she comes over, and slips right into a comfortable nap when the needles go in - she's a very happy customer! Dr Barotz is attentive, caring, gentle, extremely informed when it comes to supporting Lola, and we cannot recommend her enough.

Dr. Barotz is wonderful! I have a 14 year old chihuahua mix that partially tore his ACL last year, and I've been exploring alternative healing and pain management tactics in lieu of surgery and pain medications. She introduced acupuncture into our routine, simplified (and improved) his food and supplements, and has made many other recommendations that have improved my dog's quality of life. I feel really confident navigating both preventative and pain management measures with her by my side, and I'm SO grateful that she comes to our home! It's the perfect situation for a more anxious, senior pup.

I don’t know what I’d do without Dr. Barotz. My dog, Cookie has had several health issues including seizures and ITP and having Dr. Barotz as part of our medical team has been priceless! I know that the homeopathic treatments have extended my dog’s quality of life and she is thriving because of it! I can honestly say that Dr. Barotz probably saved Cookie’s life when she was the only one that noticed the signs of ITP and advised me to get Cookie immediate medical attention which turned into several blood transfusions. Thankfully she made a full recovery! I would not hesitate to highly recommend Tranquil Paws!

Guess she's better with dogs...my Cat, who loves everyone, was not a fan. She was also 3x more expensive than the wonderful Acupuncturist vet we wound up working with beautifully. Quite frankly -- I am surprised to see such favorable reviews. I couldn't wait to be rid of her.
