CAEM is staffed with kind, friendly and thoughtful vets and front desk personnel are always so considerate of delivering information and handling anything with the pets with the utmost care. I trust them with my little penny (conure) and never have doubts that she’s having a great time. Even without hyper insurance I find CAEM to be extremely reasonable with prices and pet care. I am grateful for this wonderful clinic and hope it continues to be around for maaaaaaany years to come

I've been trying for 2 years to a get a refund of 300 dollars that THEY specifically told me I should receive. I've called them probably 20 times and emailed with the manager directly and received no resolution.

From the front desk to the vet techs to the vets, this practice is unbeatable for caring for your beloved exotic pets. Special shout outs to Tracy, Idalis, Jaylene, and Nicole, who are kind and compassionate, and Luis and Chris, who help my feathered babies feel comforted with their tender care during exams and procedures. Then there is the care and expertise provided by Dr. Cleary, who is kind, extremely knowledgeable, and very reassuring when it comes to concerning health issues. He clearly cares deeply for his patients. I couldn't ask for a better team. Thanks to all for the incredible work that you do. My parrots Olive and Chloe are precious to me and they could not be in better hands!
