The owner of this establishment is extremely difficult and there is zero customer service. I would not trust my dog to them again given their complete failure to provide any customer service and their refusal to release my dog to me when their credit card machine was down and they could not accept payment. I had the worst experience at this establishment. We left our pet Chloe there for 10 days and made a large cash deposit (over $200 as they do not take credit cards for new customers). Prior to picking her up we asked about payment as we had assumed cash was acceptable - we were told it was not but that they would take credit cards. We arrived to pick up the dog with a credit card from our home one hour away only to discover that their credit card machine was down and they refused to release the dog to us. The owner was away and we ended up getting stuck there over 3 hours - we Did not have a debit card on us and they insisted the post office would sell us a money order with a credit card which was incorrect. They refused to take a card number and charge us when their machine was working. The worst experience. Unprofessional. Stay away.

Don’t use this place. They gave my dog shots that I never even asked for and then claimed they told me that they did. They also gave him an allergy shot without my permission. Really disappointing service.

This place is a nightmare. Everything they tell you is a lie. They tell you one price and then they overcharge you. My dog stayed here for 5 days and when I picked her up no one was there. No one is ever there over night. Staff leaves around 5pm and they cage the animals until the next morning. My dog was atleast 7lbs down when I retrieved her. She look traumatized!!! If you love your furry ones stay away from this place please!!! They should be reported on more than a review! This place needs to be shut down!!!
