We wanted to sincerely thank Natasha for helping us so much during our visits. We’ve been preparing our dog for overseas treatment/travel, and there were many tests, medical records, certificates, and other requirements involved. Natasha has always been patient, kind, and attentive since the beignning. She spent a lot of time helping us coordinate everything and answering our questions carefully. We truly felt that she wanted to help us through this process as smoothly as possible. Thank you again, Natasha. We genuinely appreciate all the care and support you gave to our little family.

The people here are so kind and care so deeply about the animals under their care. I’ve been bringing my cat in for two years and they are proactive about keeping her healthy while being very upfront and clear about all costs. Definitely bring your animal here if you want personal care and attention. Shout out to Skylar for being so kind and reassuring!

Dr. Chu saved my cat, Navi! After ingesting translucent floor matting, she had a blockage that was invisible to radiology. Dr. Chu performed emergency surgery to remove it. The level of care and follow up they provided is unrivaled. When in LES, Navi and I will only be going to HoC Vets.

Skylar and Dr. Harrington were so helpful to our corgi when we really needed some immediate attention on her to figure out if she was fighting an internal infection. We were visiting from out of state and it would’ve been awhile before we got back home to see our regular vet. We showed up first thing in the morning when they opened hoping that they could squeeze us in and Skylar was able to get us seen sooner than the appointment we made online. This office is really equipped with everything you could need for your pet. And they are able to get you results same day instead of having to send to a lab. We appreciate their thoroughness and they were able to identify what may be contributing to her illness. We were given the medication and instructions on how to care for her at home. We thank the team at Heart of Chelsea for caring for our girl even though we’re just visiting!
