My dog has an extremely rare autoimmune disease, and after jumping around between vets who refused to take the time to get to know our dog and come to a diagnosis, we found Dr. Weiner. He did extensive research, called other vets who had published literature on the potential condition, and spent so much time validating his hypothesis until we finally came to a diagnosis. Not only did we figure out what was going on, but Dr. Weiner took the time to work on a tailored treatment plan that worked for us, and now our dog has been symptom free for over a year. In a world where vet care is becoming increasingly commoditized and less focused on individualized patient care, finding Dr Weiner and the team at Gotham have been the best thing that has happened to our pet!

Trying to make an appointment with the doctor but he was very aggressive. I had questions about specific urine tests and using other vet’s records as a baseline. Last month, my dog just did a full checkup at another clinic. They told me that they must have their own checkup to fully understand how to treat my dog’s situation. I understand that vet’s have very specific protocols but he comes off very rude and condescending. When I called another veterinarian, they said the same thing as this vet. Luckily it was in a less intense/aggressive way. I will be bringing my pet to the other place. Writing this review in hopes that the doctor will speak nicely to future customers. We are not professionals and it’s not wrong for us to ask questions.

Gotham animal clinic is the best! They are so clear and detailed about the whole appointment and pricing, and they were so great with my cat. I’m a new cat owner and everyone was very kind and answered all of my questions. I really appreciate the care they showed me and my cat, highly recommend!! :)
