Have taken my dog here twice and each time they’ve taken amazing care of him. Thank you!!

Please avoid if you could. My 3.5 year old dog started panting nonstop in the middle of the night so I rushed him to this hospital. We were in a secondary waiting room for 15 minutes (even though he was clearly in pain and urinated in his carrier already) before a technician came up. The front desk guy knew about the dire circumstances and constantly called them to hurry up. They took him to the downstairs room. Ten minutes later, the vet came up and told me he died. It was heartbreaking. They didn’t have a reason for why he died, aside from the fact that his stomach ruptured with blood. I had no idea it was going to be the last time I saw my dog, especially given how young he was. I paid for a necropsy that they said would take two weeks to complete. It took 1.5 months before I got the result back. 1.5 months of picking up all my calls (including the spam ones) just in case it was news about my dog. It was a very rough time and they didn’t make it any easier with their lack of communication. I called for updates and they’d keep pushing it back. Please avoid this place. I always wondered whether my dog would be alive today if I picked another emergency vet that night.

I thought my cat had urinary blockage, thankfully it was not the case. I had a good experience and they triage cases so that the sickest animals are seen first. Pricing was fair

I’ve had to visit here twice, and I appreciate that both times there was real concern taken for the well-being of my dog. We’ve never had to wait long to be seen And thorough updates are given regarding care being given. They also do some helpful screening on the phone before hand. Although I hope to not need the ER again, I’m glad to know they’re great!
