Dr. Erin and her staff were amazing for my pup! They answered all my questions and were patient with a new mommy. Intimate setting where you won't feel like just another dollar sign.

Dr. Greenberg- Your callousness amazes me. I cannot believe I got a call from your insurance agents but not you. The vet we brought her to at Blue Pearl said the tumor had probably been there for months and although we brought her into you to check a (different) mass on February 6 (six weeks ago), knowing her history, you should have done a thorough check of her for tumors/bumps because of her history with mast cell tumors. The vets at Blue Pearl said you should have been checking her every three months- and although I brought her in approximately everything three months, I do not recall you every doing a full body check. My dog's cancer is not your fault, but you were extremely negligent not in checking her thoroughly each time I brought her in. Now she has advanced disease when this could have been caught and treated much earlier. I am not suing you, this is not about money, but I did report you to the necessary state agency. I am appalled at your handling of this situation and your carelessness. I did expect at least a modicum of compassion if not regret and you provided neither. What I hope you learn from this is to check thoroughly each dog that has been treated for mast cell on a regular basis and if you continue to practice as a vet, to be more compassionate about both your animal patients and their loving families.
