Waited over 40 minutes from my appointment time with a cat who hates going outside and gets very stressed. Ended up leaving because I was told twice it would be “10 minutes” until he was ready to see us because he was in surgery.

Dr. Tufaro and his team took wonderful care of my cat. They were able to get me in same-day for an appointment when my cat stopped eating, quickly diagnosed it as a dental issue, and did the tooth extraction successfully. Dr. Tufaro was communicative, knowledgeable, and reassuring throughout the process. I really appreciate ABC Animal Hospital for treating my cat with the attention and care every pet owner hopes for in this situation.

I have a senior cat, and my appointment was at 1:00pm. It was 1:35pm, and I still had no explanation of the wait or any indication of when my super stressed out cat would be seen, so I left as my cat was suffering. No one was at the front desk and I kept knocking on the back door to get their attention and calling, but none of it worked. A waste of my time that I took off of work and my cat was extremely stressed out and didn’t even get seen.
