A year ago I came to this Animal clinic to bring my hamster because she was really sick. I recently came in for a checkup and let me tell you… the environment has COMPLETELY changed. The doctor who took care of my hamster last year wasn’t there so, my hamster was “taken care” by Dr. Pellegrino and let me say, she was by far the most unprofessional doctor I have EVER seen. She has made the environment completely unenjoyable and almost unrecognizable from last year. To say that she is rude to her staff is an UNDERSTATEMENT. While waiting for her I was taken care by her assistant who was truly wonderful. But Dr. Pellegrino was so disrespectful to her. I could hear her cursing and using so much profanity towards her staff and her assistant. It was not only disrespectful and disgusting but also unprofessional and unacceptable. I had to wait for ages, and all I could hear was screaming and cursing coming from Dr. Pellegrino. Unacceptable. Once I was brought in, she carried that same disrespectful attitude towards me. She was so rude and so dismissive. She didn’t care for anything I had to say and made it clear she wanted me gone. I left with confusion because this place was not what it was like a year ago. Dr. Pellegrino is disgusting, rude, and extremely unprofessional not only to her staff and assistant(who were respectful and kind), but also to her customers. I am EXTREMELY disappointed.

Dr. Pellegrino and her entire team have been truly amazing in caring for my senior dogs. From the moment you walk in, everyone is so kind, patient, and genuinely compassionate. You can feel how much they care, not just about the pets, but about the people who love them too. They took such gentle, thoughtful care of my dog Littleboy throughout his senior years, and I will always be grateful for the love and respect they showed him. During one of the hardest times, their support meant more to me than I can fully express. They are continuing that same level of care with my dog Babygirl, helping us focus on keeping her comfortable and supported. Dr. Pellegrino always takes the time to explain everything clearly and never makes me feel rushed or unsure. I always feel heard and reassured after speaking with her. What really stands out is the warmth and empathy of the entire team. My dogs have always been treated with such gentleness and dignity, and that means everything to me. I feel incredibly lucky to have found them, and I cannot recommend Dr. Pellegrino and her staff enough, especially for anyone caring for senior pets.

The vet is very reliable and I have been going for years. However there is one older receptionist who had made my experience an absolute nightmare. Her name is Sue. She is by far one of the worst people I have come across in my entire life. I always get to see my pet and speak with the kind vets before I pay and go but this time she not only barred me from seeing my pet she also threatened that someone else will come by and take my pet away. What kind of person does that? Otherwise all docs and other assistants and receptionist are wonderful. You see her manning the desk, turn around and come back another day.
