The lady on the phone left me on hold for 15 minutes, never came back nor did she return my call. Then next day I called back to ask about an exam/cvi, she decided to hang up on me. I called back 2 more times and she sent me to vm. Not nice. Don't recommend.

Please be aware that the steps and stools outside the property are extremely uneven and unsafe for individuals of any age. On March 24, 2026, I fell, resulting in cuts to my fingers, an injury to my right foot, strain my back, and twisted my ankle. When I entered the facility, the front desk staff showed very little care or concern regarding my fall. Only one staff member assisted me by providing alcohol pads and asking me to wash my hands. The rest of the team came across as cold and unwelcoming. I was also unable to see the veterinarian, as I was informed the doctor is on leave until April 13th. However, I could hear dogs barking in the back, which made the situation even more confusing. Overall, I felt extremely dismissed after reporting my fall. No one asked about my condition or even inquired about what was wrong with my dog. I hope the business takes steps to improve both the safety of their premises and the level of customer care they provide in the future.
