I meant to leave this review a long time ago, but better late than never! Several years ago, (in August 2023 to be precise) we woke up one day to find our beloved dog Tito with large, non painful lumps growing under his chin that seemed to appear out of nowhere (and just days after his 5th birthday). We quickly made an appointment with our local vet and were seen by Dr. Garrison. Upon presentation, she listened to us explain the sudden nature of the appearance our dog’s lumps and revealed to us that those lumps were actually his very swollen lymph nodes. In a demonstration of high clinical awareness, Dr. Garrison wasted not a single minute and maintained a high index of suspicion for cancer, specifically the incurable blood cancer lymphoma. She sent out a fine needle aspiration of our dog’s lymph node to a lab, which days later confirmed our worst fears that our beloved boy Tito did in fact have cancer. Although not the ideal outcome, I wanted to write this review because Dr. Garrison’s amazing instincts got us the timely and critical diagnosis we needed to move forward. She also recommended us to a renowned group of specialists that helped us get Tito’s cancer under control and earned him an extra 16 months of a happy, mostly normal, high quality of life until his last days. Our home is not the same without Tito and we miss him a great deal, but getting the opportunity to greatly expand his lifespan from just 5 years old to over 6 years old is worth more than its weight in gold. Thank you so much, Dr. Garrison!

My dog hates his paws touched have been going here for a year for his nails. He just had his first wellness visit and blood work last week I like this Vet. He listened answered all my questions and concerns and they let you in the room with the dog for the exam, ik some other dont. I liked that about this vet.

They were fantastic. We used a different veterinary office and they couldn't see us for an emergency, told us to go to the Urgent Care. We called around, found this practice who, as a new patient, saw us same day. They were wonderful, addressed our issue and checked on my dog the next day as well. We'll definitely use them going forward!

Dr. Cardinali and his staff are absolutely amazing. Our dog needed emergent surgery and he didn't hesitate at all to help her. The outcome of the surgery was an extreme success and he truly made such an impact on our family. The staff is extremely caring and always does their best to help us when needed and to have our dog be seen. We are forever grateful for Mount Sinai Animal Hospital!
