We cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Olsen. He is truly an exceptional veterinarian—brilliant, deeply knowledgeable, and incredibly kind. Our precious cat Yofi recently needed surgery for a very unusual urinary stone. Most stones are struvite, but Yofi’s was rare: struvite on the outside and urate on the inside. It’s not something many vets ever encounter. Dr. Olsen immediately understood what he was dealing with and handled the situation with remarkable expertise and calm confidence. Beyond his impressive knowledge and credentials, what really sets him apart is his compassion. He treated Yofi with such care and treated us with patience, kindness, and respect during a very stressful time. You can feel how much he genuinely cares about both the animals and the people who love them. We also want to mention how terrific the entire staff is. Everyone in the office is warm, caring, and professional. It makes such a difference when you’re worried about your beloved pet. Yofi is doing well now, and we will always be grateful for the extraordinary care she received. If you are lucky enough to have Dr. Olsen as your veterinarian, your pet is truly in the best possible hands. 🐾💙

Been driving about an hour away to VCA Mt Kisco for almost 6 years for my babies. They’ve always been so thorough and supportive, and I don’t trust anyone else to provide the quality of care we’ve experienced here. They truly care about their little patients. I really appreciate them and highly recommend.

I sat for 3 1/2 hours. Paid $400 just for anti-nausea medication only to walk out without a diagnosis because an x-ray is $800 extra. And this is why people dont adopt animals. These Vet costs are insane. How these Vet Centers get away with these exuberant fees is crazy. Very disappointed 😞

They went above and beyond helping us navigate all the paperwork and testing needed for our family move to Japan — which is no small task! Dr. Olsen took the time to explain every step clearly, making sure Revy’s health and comfort always came first. The staff were consistently friendly, patient and responsive, helping us feel calm and supported through what could have been a very stressful experience.
