I’ve been very happy with Donner until this week. My little dog had some medical issues a few weeks ago and I spent over $1000.00 on tests and x-rays. The doctor gave him some Trazodone to help with pain and anxiety which helped a lot. He also has allergies and has been miserable for the past 2 weeks. The office was closed the first week, but I have called every day this week to try and get some suggestions or some sort of relief for him. He scratches, barks and whines for hours on end. All I get is the receptionist who says she’ll let the doctor know. This has been going on all week long. My dog deserves better than this. I found another vet and will just have to deal with it until his appointment. At least, the new vet advised that I can give him Benadryl in the meantime. I won’t take my dog to a vet that can just ignore his pain and suffering that way.
