I cannot say enough about the staff and care provided by Upstate Veterinary Clinic. They promptly took Wolfie in suspecting Bloat and took him in for emergency surgery. I credit them with saving his life along with my quick decision to bring him in. Forever grateful.

We love the care we get, we feel our dog is in really good hands and that everyone truly cares about his health and quality of life. Emily, Jess and Dr. Palamara have always been so incredibly kind, amazing with us and our dog. We've been so happy with the care and attention we've gotten at appointments, but also by phone and by email. Emily in particular has had to field so many anxious emails from me and I've always appreciated her kindness and prompt responses. What I appreciated most is how much we feel everyone cares about our dog

Dr Waxman and his team saved my dogs life. I find the staff friendly, honest, and extremely caring. I am extremely happy with this facility and travel two and a half hours to come here. If it wasn't for the expertise and compassionate staff, I feel they are always looking for my dogs best interest and thankful for what they have done. Dr Waxman's care team is amazing, they always make us feel comfortable and Atticus is comfortable with them. I am forever grateful for saving his life. Without their expertise, we would have lost him, and now he is doing great. What I appreciated most is how comfortable my dog is with staff and they truly care
