The estimated wait times are highly inaccurate. When I checked in, I was told it would be less than an hour wait. I waited 3.5 hours for my dog to be seen. I checked in with the front desk twice during my wait for an update and each time I was told it would be half hour more. It far exceeded this each time. It certainly doesn’t seem like they take you in order of arrival/ticket number. The visit with the vet was fine, brief, and we left with treatment that helped my dog. I understand that they are a walk in clinic, and waiting is expected, but there is a huge discrepancy between “less than an hour” and 3.5 hours.
