Although I did not have the pleasure of having them as my vet, when my baby passed away I didnt know where to go or what to do. They were able to to take him in same day. Got the ashes back a week and a half later. Did not know they were going to go above and beyond. Paw prints in a beautiful display, and the ashes came in a wooden carved box. It filled my heart with joy, I was so sad that I didnt get his prints before I gave him up. That was so nice of them and im very pleased with their service. Thank you for the beautiful memories ❤️

Read the reviews when I set appointment.... Never heard of having to make a $55 deposit for a veterinarian but I did anyway. An emergency came up prior to my appointment and I figured seen I had appointment set up Id take my dog there to see if I should take to emergency room or hed be ok tol the scheduled appointment. To my surprise they wouldn't even look at him. I understand there busy but to get a quick opinion I didn't think I was asking to much. Seemed like the money was more important then the animal. I left there cancelled my appointment and requested my money back. I made a couple calls and found another veterinarian clinic on Fluvanna and they took me right away and my dog had a procedure and we were on our way.
