My entire family of animals has been using this hospital for 30 years. From our first dog to them running treatment out of a colocation during covid, they have have taken care of all of their animals. I am no longer local to the area but recently my cat was experiencing diarrhea and vomiting. My cat sitter brought her in and Dr Ratner was the reliable provider I know her to be and assessed her and explained the reasonable treatment recommendations she had which I accepted. 24 hours later my cat was fully recovered and I am so grateful they took my cat in same day.

Very happy with this veterinarian. Dr Ratner is very knowledgeable and is very kind. The veterinary techs are really good too, front desk is helpful and efficient. You can trust them to give you the best care for your pet. Highly recommend!

I came to this vet right when they opened on 3.30.26 9 am desperate to get help for my dog who hasn’t been eating or drinking for two days after an emergency situation. I was very worried about dehydration and was hoping they could at least provide fluids or guidance. Unfortunately, I was turned away. I was told the veterinarian wouldn’t be in until later (11am) and that there was no availability this week, despite the office being open at the time. No attempt was made to triage the situation, offer alternatives, or provide any support. It was really upsetting to be in a stressful situation with my pet and feel like there was no willingness to help or even point me in the right direction. I understand scheduling limitations, but in situations like this, compassion and basic guidance go a long way. I hope the practice can improve how they handle urgent walk-in concerns in the future.
