I’ve been bringing our dog here for 3 years, and the lack of communication and decline in professionalism has finally crossed the line. I called to reschedule within the same week and was abruptly told by Riley he now needs a $283 new re-evaluation because it’s been over 4 weeks since his last visit. This “policy” was never communicated to me or my family. Not once in 3 years, and not even when I canceled the previous appointment last month. Riley insisted someone had “definitely” told us. That is simply not true. Riley also claimed a manager had already reviewed my voicemail to justify this, but when I questioned why it was escalated, Riley quickly backtracked and changed her explanation. That inconsistency says a lot. When I pushed back, I was met with a dismissive “I’m sorry you feel that way,” which felt like being brushed off instead of actually addressing the issue. We were also told they’ve made “so many exceptions” for us, which is completely inaccurate. What exceptions? We have followed their 48 hour cancellation and rescheduling policy every time except once in 3 years. We have always given proper notice, paid on time, and been good customers. Do not rewrite history to cover poor communication. Over the past year, we had already started adjusting our dog’s schedule to avoid working with Riley because the quality of care and overall experience had declined. Between the poor communication, unprofessional tone, and lack of transparency, including MULTIPLE price increases that were never communicated to us until we received the bill, this is unacceptable. After 3 years as a loyal client, we will not be returning. Loyalty clearly means nothing to this business.

I never leave reviews but this was one I had to give. I truly cannot recommend Victoria and the entire team at Gold Coast highly enough. My biggest fear came true when my French Bulldog Winnie was diagnosed with IVDD in October and needed emergency spinal cord surgery. It’s been a long, emotional road but once Winnie started PT with Victoria she made every step a little easier. From the moment we walked through the door, everyone at Gold Coast was warm and compassionate (both to the animals and the worried humans who love them). Victoria's expertise, patience, and dedication to Winnie's recovery have been extraordinary. Thanks to her incredible work, Winnie is nearly back to her pre-surgery self which is something I honestly wasn't sure was possible in those early days. If your pet needs rehab, you absolutely should go to Victoria at Gold Coast. Thank you from Winnie and the Kelly Family. We are so grateful!

I am so grateful for the whole staff. Every time I walked into the place, I was greeted with a smile and positive attitude. I highly recommend bringing your dog here no matter what the situation is. My dog went to physical therapy there for a while and Victoria, his PT, was incredible!
