Great vets and staff, very pet focused to provide the best care. Were able to see Ori on short to make sure he's healing well after surgery giving our family peace of mind! Highly recommend this practice.

I am deeply disappointed in the level of care my dog received at this hospital. We trusted their team to properly evaluate and diagnose her condition, but unfortunately, that trust was misplaced. Despite presenting with ongoing and worsening symptoms, her condition was incorrectly diagnosed. We followed all medical guidance provided to us, believing we were taking the appropriate steps toward recovery. Instead, the delay in identifying the true issue allowed her condition to progress to the point that she ultimately required a limb amputation. As pet owners, we rely heavily on veterinary professionals to use thorough diagnostics, consider differential diagnoses, and act with urgency when symptoms persist or worsen. In our case, that standard was not met. The emotional and financial toll of this experience has been immense. Watching your otherwise healthy dog lose a limb due to what appears to have been a preventable delay is something no family should have to endure. I encourage other pet owners to ask detailed questions, request second opinions early, and advocate strongly if progress is not being made. We hope no other family experiences what ours did.
