They don’t answer their phones, prompting you to have to leave a voicemail to reschedule/cancel appointments. I had to do it this last time and was called back the day of the supposed to be canceled appt and told I was blocked for a year because of a no call no show. I told the receptionist because I couldn’t get through the day prior I left a voicemail to which she replied “well, we can’t access our voicemail and we usually let people know that.” Well, you didn’t let me know that. They have zero accountability for their lack of customer service and communication.

I would gladly give this clinic a 100-star rating if possible. When an accident occurred involving our puppy, my husband called numerous veterinary clinics in the area, but none were able to accommodate her. I was heartbroken. I then reached out to a friend who is a veterinary technician at this clinic, Spc. Gray. She communicated with Captain O’Donnell, and they promptly accepted our puppy, providing the necessary care to ensure she did not have any fractures or serious injuries. My husband and I are extremely grateful for their immediate assistance. I am immensely proud of the dedication shown by the soldiers and the staff at this clinic, who tirelessly work to support the community. 💕

Took great care of our dog. Helped us PCS to our next location with her over seas with no issues and extremely friendly. I would recommend finding a vet off base just because theyre limited on what they can care for with your animal but for check ups and shots. Its great
