I could never thank the people here enough! for saving my cats life. My little guys name is Boujee & he was very ill to the point that he wouldn’t eat, was vomiting & loosing weight. I was turned down by sooo many other places in the area but Dickin Memorial SAVED HIM! & I am forever grateful for them! They reasoned with me, were behind kind & understanding. They’ve gained a 4 legged patient foreverrr ❤️

I was recommended this place by a friend and they were absolutely amazing to my two cats at their first vet appointment! My babies were very nervous and had some hissing, but Dr. Smythe and Vet Assistant Rhonda were so gentle, patient, knowledgeable, and responsible with my timid girls. They informed me of what shots they needed, gave them treats to calm them down, and handled their anxieties with care. Highly recommended this vet for anyone new to the area or with pets needing a check up visit!

Prices are absolutely ridiculous and the staff are not always very kind. I expected a lot better based on a friend’s recommendation. They even charge for a “nurse visit” for a booster shot. When I asked how that was considered a visit, the nurse said she “looks the pet over” while giving the booster. Two minutes in and out, $100 for a $40 booster. I’ve gone to several vets in my life and never been charged erroneous fees like this.

Took my rescue Ranger in for nail clipping. He doesn't like strangers and doesn't like his nails touched. But, 3 vet assistants and us, managed to get job done. Was painful to watch pup unhappy, but they did fantastic job. So very pleased with dickin memorial animal hospital.
