I keep waiting to get the same experience as everyone else who is leaving reviews but that is not the case. The doctors are hard to reach and there has not been much reassurance or communication with our medical issue. It actually feels as if this place does not care and would rather wait for the problem to get worse before it gets better. The person at the front desk comes off as rude when we express concern for our pet. There’s also never any follow up when we ask for a call back. And when they do call back their shift is ending. This experience has been extremely frustrating and stressful and off putting. I keep trying to give this place a chance but it’s a no. I refuse to spend my money at a place that lacks compassion and urgency…. at a veterinary place at that.

Quality Vet Care has been wonderful in taking care of my dog, Kombow. The staff is kind, attentive, and truly cares about their patients. During an emergency, they were incredibly helpful, responsive, and reassuring, which made a stressful situation so much easier. I always feel confident that she is in great hands. And as Kombow would say: “I found a place that treats me better than I treat the mailman!” 🐶 Thank you for your excellent service!

I am very disappointed with the staff here. My cat has been sick for 3 weeks and is now dead because the lack of communication and urgency. Her first visit went well where we got her bloodwork done and an X-ray but after that it went downhill fast. The past few weeks I have been calling back and forth between this vet and another vet to just simply get results on an ultrasound and an echo and the receptionist failed to call and update me in a timely matter I was the one making the calls trying to get answers and all I got was nothing. They kept me waiting for results that they weren’t receiving and instead of them calling the other vet to get the results I had to tell them to call after I had called the other vet 4 times. And after waiting 3 days I called a different vet to get answers but it was to late she died the same day and I still have no answers. If your pet is in urgent need of help or care don’t come here. I’m very disappointed and upset that my cat couldn’t receive the proper care in a timely manner. You guys need to be straight forward with your clients if we need to go to someone else that’s more specialized instead of leading us on thinking that your gonna help. Also retrain your staff in proper protocols of communication with clients. We shouldn’t be the ones calling other vets for results to be sent over. I’m Very Heartbroken… 💔
