I lost my beloved hamster, Lucky, a little over a week ago now. I called the day after she passed and they let me bring her in the next day. I met with Christian and it was a lovely experience. I've worked with this location before for my heart mouse back in 2022 and had a great experience. I love this place and will be using it in the future. Thank you again, Christian for your kindness and compassion during a difficult time!

I have had 4 pets done there before it was sold. It was a great experience each time. Last time I went it was sold, it was terrible. Could not put toys in, couldn't go to the oven to be there with her like my others. So on St Patrick's day I have to put my last cat down. I called to make a very expensive appointment and they want me to wait until March 26th. We'll they have lost my respect and business. So I will be driving my Lana to Ghent tomorrow for her cremation. Where you can be involved in the whole process and can put anything you want in with her. Infiniti had great owners, caring. This new corporate bullshit is ridiculous.

We had our beloved Winter Cremated today. We have used this place before.. but sadly found out not same people. It was sold. Well first let me tell you I was quoted a different price than I was charged. A huge difference ! Also I was told that my husband could be in there when they put him in. Nope. It was via FaceTime. Second every pet we have owned we could bring there blanket, toys ect to go with them to heaven. Not this place! They told my husband it was EPA regulations. Well folks I just looked it up. It says we can. But that the places don’t like too because it gunks up there equipment! Why not tell the truth!! I am beyond upset. Not only getting charged over 800 dollars, but mostly my pet went in there without his toys or blankets. Stay far far away from this place! We will!
