Every vet is great in their own way but I am Blown away by the AMAZING DR KARPOWITZ. She did literally every test under the sun and came to the conclusion that we had to put my precious cat down. She cried with me along with the most amazing best assistant I have ever had in my entire life named Mandy. Their combined empathy and tears made a horrible moment close to tolerable . They hugged me with real warmth one can only feel from a genuinely good person. Dr. Karpowitz Went above and beyond after telling me that there were options that probably wouldn't work. I asked her what she'd do for her baby and said she'd do the same. Their prices are typical nothing special nothing terrible but despite being called an animal -HOSPITAL , There doesn't seem to be any overnight days or palliative care options. I will continue going forever & TEAM KARPOWITZ FOR THE WIN, absolutely amazing, sweet , gentle and talented woman . I also received 2 notes in the mail after his passing of his paw print and they wrote beautiful notes. Thank you By the way, I wrote a bad review while grieving because I was finding anyone or anything to be angry at . I'm very sorry

Family has been using them for 39 years! With the retirement of Dr. Bull it’s all about the money. Charged me $350 to see my dog then a new estimate of $900-$1200 to remove 5-6 VERY loose teeth on a 16 y/o dog (that now includes another $185 exam day of surgery) even though seen first to schedule surgery with the estimate I had. Not to mention he has lost a few teeth since the first estimate. So, had to been seen first ($350), has lost teeth since that estimate of $600, won’t honor estimate even though I was told to have him seen first to schedule. Dr. Bull always prioritized her patients now it’s just money. It’s very sad and at one time I referred everyone to them. Now, unless you’re rich, don’t need after hours, and a vet that won’t even honor pricing given within the year go to Delmar. Charged me $100 for gabapentin RX (lookup how much gabapentin is at your local Pharmacy). Dropped off flowers for Dr. Bulls retirement and wish I still had her phone number because this is not the business she grew and loved. I never thought I would write this review.
