Hands down one of the best vets around, Dr Balbour is a kind and compassionate vet. She’s available in a pinch. She took my dog w a broken paw at the end of her Saturday as a winter nor’easter was spinning, without any hesitation saving me a long arduous drive to an emergency clinic where I would’ve paid double. My cat she has helped several times with puncture wounds from a fight w another cat or animal and took excellent care of him. Now my frenchie is going in for a nose surgery and I wouldn’t trust anyone else to do the job. This is a great veterinarian hospital that I highly recommend.

Dr. Balbour has been taking care of my dog Buddy since he was a pup. She has been very proactive in keeping him healthy. Everyone in the office is kind and compassionate. Buddy will be 16 in a few months and is in amazing shape, largely thanks to Dr. Balbour.

My entire family appreciates Dr Shona Balbour. She is the best. So kind and very thorough with our dog for the past 13.5 years even on her last days .The entire team had the compassion for our loving Leila. We trusted them from her care to boarding.
