Unfortunately my baby boy, Chopper, was extremely ill. The severity of his condition was unknown beforehand but we were reccomended to go here since they let you stay with the animals. Within seconds they let Chopper and us in and got everything set up. The facility is extremely clean and high tech. Chopper was put into an oxygenated bunk with regulatted humidity and pressure to help his breathing. They performed multiple tests in such quick and orderly fashion to determine Chopper's problem. We spoke with Dr.Cohen who walked us through the evening. She had the very difficult task of breaking the bad news to my family but she did so in the best way possible. I could tell how much she cared about my baby, even though they just met, by how dilligent she was working on his ultrasound and bloodwork. The rest of the staff were extremely caring as well and very empathetic towards our situation. Everybody there bent over backwards to make us feel as comfortable as possible during Chopper's last day. Ultimately, we needed to put him down. Chopper felt love from the second we walked in till his very last breath. I got to see my baby smile with no pain for his last few hours. He felt so comfortable, he was not anxious whatsoever. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to the whole team and especially to Doctor Cohen. I didn't even mention the pricing. We were beyond shocked by how affordable everything was. For the amount of work, tests, and machines the cost was extremely affordable. These people care about your pets. Do not even think of going elsewhere.

We experienced wonderful service from the moment we walked in. After my dog ingested a sock, the team at VEG ER were attentive and acted quickly. They were kind and mindful of both my dog and my experience.
