I had an amazing experience with this clinic. I brought in my veiled chameleon and my leopard gecko for a health check and minor health concerns. The receptionist greeted me and got me checked in. The doctor was quick and efficient and she gave me plenty of information on what I was doing well with and what I needed to improve on. Then, the vet technician spent an hour answering all my questions in detail! I didn't feel rushed and I am excited to improve my husbandry based on the recommendations of the experienced staff. I could tell they weren't just knowledgeable, but that they really did care.

I take all of my pets here. Staff is very friendly. A year ago there was an elderly staff that tried belittling my guinea pig who was passing away (7 years old) and was telling me to “try harder” when it was an emergency that he stopped eating and drinking and refused critical care. I called an hour later and i got a different staff who told me it sounded like an emergency and to brung him in asap, there they told me that they suggested euthanasia because he was suffering a lot and was very unlikely to recover due to how elderly he was, he did pass a few days later. Ever since i have not heard or seen the staff member that told me to “try harder” and wouldn’t listen. The vet for my passed guinea pig is still there and i love him for telling me the hard truth because thats what we need when we are overwhelmed with too much emotions to think rationally. The vets are very nice and understanding, they will give you the truth even if its sad. I wouldn’t take my exotic pets anywhere else. Thank you guys so much!!

I used to bring my bunny Arya here. The doctors were very compassionate and spent time educating me on her condition. I felt they were patient, attentive, and were doing their best to treat my baby. When she passed away, they sent me a card in the mail. They’re such kind people.
