Dr Emott and technicians are knowledgeable and warm. The administrative staff are very responsive and friendly. It has been a wonderful experience for me and my 6 year old Sheepadoodle

The doctor and staff are amazing! Updated review! I’m so grateful to New Castle Veterinary for the care they gave my senior dog, Ruby. After a stressful visit to the emergency vet, their front staff was incredibly helpful and compassionate. Bobbie scheduled Ruby for a same-day appointment and even took the time to gather all of her paperwork from the emergency hospital so I didn’t have to worry about a thing. When you have a senior dog struggling, your heart is in your throat. Dr. Emott treated Ruby with such gentleness and patience, and treated me with kindness and understanding. I never felt rushed, I felt heard. In a moment where you feel anxious and helpless, they give you reassurance and real care. That means more than I can put into words. Thank you for taking such beautiful care of my girl Ruby.

I appreciate that the Dr. Emmot was prepared and had reviewed the extensive records I had forwarded before our appointment. I also appreciated that they were on time. Dr Emmot spent an unhurried hour explaining in detail what was going on and answering patiently all my questions. Since extensive labs were required, I appreciate also the fact that I was asked if I was OK with going ahead with all of it given the price. That consideration is not common and worth noting. I highly recommend going there.

My experience with New Castle Vet was excellent. You can tell they actually care about the pets that come in. When my kitty was sick, I needed follow up the next day when the office was closed. Both Dr. Emmett and the office coordinator Judith worked with me on their day off to ensure we got the care we needed.
