They are phenomenal! My dog Ragnar absolutely loved his vet and regardless of how insanely busy the 2 front desk girls were they were complete sweethearts and so patient. Not like the trash corporate vets in the area who are like used car salesman instead of actually caring about your animal. Will be a regular going forward

My dog bear developed a skin infection suddenly, I called multiple vets before a friend recommended countryside, I never unfortunately got a call back from the different vet clinics locally days later and calling back frequently for updates on if we needed to come in to be seen. I called countryside and they immediately were so nice and let me know to call next day opening to get a same day appointment, I did today and they got me in immediately later in the day, showing up they were so accommodating on bears needs, such a clean and friendly clinic and Dr. Jennifer Howard was so sweet and made me feel at ease with bears issues, took her time with him & was so helpful we were in & out which was amazing due to bears anxiety lol, I’m very thankful for them and will 100% be back with our other animals and recommend them to everyone! Thank you again 🩷

I can not say enough good things about Countryside! My cat wasn't eating for a few days and unable to get in anywhere else called them praying they would be able to see him. Got him in the next day. Everything was fine they did what they needed to do. They called the next 2 days after his appt to check on him. I've owned animals my whole life and have never had a vet do that. When she called last night I was honestly in tears because I was just so happy that they cared so much for this furry fluffball who is the light of my life. I will never ever go to another vet as long as I live in upstate NY. I wish I could give them 10 stars
